Materials needed:
- 300 gr beef or minced chicken
- 3 Tablespoon flour Kanji (Tapioca Flour)
- 3 Fruit garlic, crushed / 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Item eggs, reserving whites only
- 1 teaspoon baking powder that expands well meatballs
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 Fruit maggi block
- Pepper powder to taste
- Nutmeg powder to taste
- Enough water to boil meatballs bulb
How to Make :
1. Stir all the above ingredients in a blender until well blended.
2. Stir well and gently. Repeat several times until smooth and creamy.
Tip: If it's too hard to blend in, give a little ice water.
3. After a smooth and evenly, shape into balls meatballs or bulb by using two small spoons.

- Place the dough in the palm of the hand fist.
- Grasp like a fist and hit so compact.
- Remove the dough from the end of the fist (Between the thumb and index finger),
- Cut rounded with a small spoon.
