Step By Step How To Make Yo-Yo

1.Every half of the plastic yo-yo started as two parts: the part, which would bring the flat inner shaft is called the disk, and the outer spherical shell called (type butterfly yo-yo is the opposite, with a flat round disk and shell. This is done through the same process but on a separate assembly line). Plastic used to make the disc and put shells in the form of solid pellets into a large funnel with a screw in equally large. The outside of the funnel covered with a flexible strip called the band heaters, electric blankets are like narrow for a funnel. Each band will be getting warmer as the narrow funnel, and a screw pushing pellets into the bottom of the funnel, they become more and more fluid. This process ensures that the pellets will melt evenly and completely, which is very important for the next step. At the bottom of the funnel, screw pushing molten plastic into the mold through a tube called a gate.

2.In the mold is the form of the four discs and four shells, all connected to the gate. This mold has a valve, allowing hot air to be pushed out to the front of the plastic and make sure that the mold completely.
Wooden yo-yo made from wood that has been dried to ensure your own yo-yo will not change shape. Modern wooden model has two sections of wood connected by a metal shaft.
Because the mold is fully charged and because the plastic has completely melted and evenly, each shell and each disc will always be perfectly round and perfectly even have a weight distribution. Once the mold is filled, plastic holding for 17 seconds and cool down with a water-filled tube running along the outside of the mold. Then the mold, which is actually two parts clamped tightly together, releasing shells and parts, all connected by a filled plastic gate, to the assembly line to be formed to yoyo section.

3.In while molding line is to make yo-yo parts, axles cutting machine apart to connect them. The engine is fed a long piece of round metal. Exact length of the metal to make the shaft is inserted into clamp where it was cut. Pieces are then cut notched at both ends so it will grip the plastic.

4.After mold release palm shells and discs, a separate clip their workers, eliminating the extra plastic and snapped them together to make a piece. Each disk has a lip shell and matching the pieces are free. When the plastic is still slightly warm from the mold, the lip will snap together. Once tied, they will not release.

5.This part derived belts for machines called hot stamper. The hot stamper has a circular tray with cup-like holders around the side. Each holder of taking half yo-yo and spin into a heated press. Press any roll feed logo yo-yo will show to the top half of the yo-yo. Then pressed into half and heats logo, affixing logos. Another design using round inserts the appropriate logo into the disk and the shell so that the insert can be seen clearly.

6.Part to continues down the line on workers who put the axle in half and set it with a hammer. The next worker put the other half on top and set it with a hammer. Then assembled yoyo placed in the air-driven press. The press has a tray in the form of yo-yo and a metal plate that fits between the yoyo part. The metal plate has grooves cut to fit around the axle and the exact thickness of the gap between the manufacturer's specified parts. When the press fire, it's good to permanently secure the two parts of the axle and set the correct gap between sections.

7.So The yo-yo is now placed on the table with a coiled rope and cutter at one end and upright, with a few notches in it at the other end. The distance between the cutter and the exact length of erect length string for each manufacturer wants yo-yo. String is pulled from the spool through the notch in the upright, where he circled the shaft of the yo-yo. Then pulled back into the cut, cutter, and bound. Yo-yo then left her hanging from a string, which is organized by the notch in the upright, turning to the axle.

8.Swing the yo-yo moves down the line to a machine that resembles a miniature turntable. A worker puts yo-yo at the wheel, holding it down with one hand, holding the tension in the string with your other hand, and with a foot switch operated, rotating to the yo-yo string.

9.Packaging yo-yo for a card called skin. Leather cards are pieces of cardboard with the product attached to it with what appeared to be melted plastic wrap you see hanging in store displays. To package the way yo-yo's, a piece of card tucked under a piece of wood with a hole in it in accordance with the card below. A yo-yo dropped through each hole to card. This ensures correct placement on the card. The sheet is then moved to the feed roller machine plastic film over the entire sheet of card and yo-yo. The film is made of a special plastic that fits every shape and shrink when heated but not melted. Machine heats the plastic, tightly seal the yo-yo to the card. The machine then cut the sheet into individual cards and rotate them into the basket where they are collected and boxed for shipment.

Good luck!
