Step By Step How To Make A Board Of Cardboard Used

Materials needed:

    * 5 sheets of cardboard
    * Quality wood glue

Equipment

    * Floor, or other hard flat surface
    * Board / plywood
    * Stone is fairly heavy (you know?)

Well, now we start making :

   1. Opened and flattened cardboard box, placed on the floor
   2. Sprinkle one side with wood glue evenly
   3. One Attach the other boxes on it, and on the side it covered again with wood glue
   4. Take steps was repeated up to five boxes attached to each other.
   5. Place the board / plywood on the box. Make sure the position is average, good, and true. Tap-tap to air out in between cardboard, and glue sticks very well.
   6. Place the stone on top of plywood that can press and hold the plywood pile of boxes perfectly. Let stand until 2 or 3 days or until the glue dry completely. During settling, do not move the rock and plywood earlier.
   7. Once the glue is dry (2 or 3 days), remove the stone and plywood. And you will get one piece cardboard (cardboard ply) are hard and strong, but easy to be processed.
   8. Make a few sheets of cardboard, and you can make your dream bookshelf, or anything that you can make.
