Step By Step How To Make Soap

Every day we showered, and certainly in the bath we use soap, either solid or liquid soap.

Of course we also want to know, how to make the soap.

Well this time Handicrafts Home Industry presents how to create solid or bath soap bars.
Here we go, first we collect Materials needed:

- Oil or Fat - Almost all of the oil / natural fat can be made into soap. Find easy just like: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Olive Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil ...
- NaOH / KOH - To change the oil / fat into soap. Could buy in a store chemicals, take a technical course.
- Water - As the catalyst / solvent. Choose distilled water or bottled water. Water from Pam is not good, many containing minerals.
- Essential and Fragrance Oils - As fragrances. Buy in store or other chemicals.
- Dyes - For coloring soap. Can also use food coloring.
- Additives - Spices, herbs, talc, starch / cornstarch can be added when the "trace".

Once the materials we complete the next step we prepare the tools needed:

- A simple mask - Used for making a solution of NaOH / KOH alone.
- Glasses - Used for the manufacture of NaOH / KOH alone.
- A pair of rubber gloves - Used for making soap.
- Plastic bottles - for water containers.
- Kitchen scales (the smallest scale 1 or 5 grams).
- Small plastic bags - To weigh NaOH / KOH.
- Stainless steel spoon or plastic-polypropylene - To pour NaOH / KOH and stirred.
- Containers of glass or plastic-polypropylene - To place a solution of NaOH / KOH with water.
- Containers of plastic - To weigh and where water and oil.
- Cain - To close the mold after it is soap.
- Thin plastic - To coat the mold.
- Mold - soap mold for printing according to your taste.
- Blender with lid.

Here is a simple recipe to make natural soap:
Ingredients:

Recipe # 1 - solid soap

- Olive Oil 235 g
- Coconut Oil 150 g
- 100 g Palm Oil
- 74 g NaOH - Sodium hydroxide + 210 g water
- 10 + cc fragrance dye

(Process At Room Temperature)


Recipe # 2 - solid soap

- Palm Oil 250 g
- Coconut Oil 140 g
- 100 g Corn Oil
- 75.5 g NaOH - Sodium hydroxide + 210 g water
- 10 + cc fragrance dye

    Weigh the water and NaOH / KOH, according to the recipe. Dissolve NaOH / KOH into the water cool / cold (Do not use aluminum containers. Use stainless steel, pyrex glass or plastic-poliproplen). Do not pour water into NaOH / KOH. Pour the NaOH / KOH into the water little by little. Higga stir to dissolve. First of all the solution will be hot and whitish. Once everything is dissolved, in a safe place to be cooled to room temperature. Will obtain a clear solution.
    Weigh oil (Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Olive Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil ...) according to the recipe.
    Pour oil was weighed into a blender.
    Carefully pour the solution in NaOH / KOH into the oil.
    Put cover blender, put the cloth on top of the cover was to avoid splashing and processes at the lowest round. Lest Avoid splashing into your face or body. Stop the blender and check the soap to see the stage "trace". "Trace" is a condition in which the soap has been formed and is the end of the mixing process.
