Step By Step How To Make Acoustic Guitar

1. Early Stage (Making Body)
- Material from Cyprus wood and plywood
- Plywood cut to size length and then smoothed by using a machine. After a smooth inserted into the mold and clamped with a small clamp klose then mounted and dried. Once dry then fitted beige (the bones) with glue and dried again. After drying and plywood has been formed and released from mold then mounted crossbar. 2. Neck making (Stang guitar)

Once dry then sanded back with sandpaper number 240 to be more subtle.

5. Making Block (The String)
- Material from wood keeling formed according to the sample or to order desired (no benchmark). How to stick with using glue and screws. Form \ models depend series guitars will be produced.

6. Finishing or End Stage
- Painting, coated with melamine and dried in an oven that is not exposed to dust, Wiring (crepe), mounting block, mounting top and bottom (mainly made of plastic), installation of the list (of mica with castol glue or with large markers) , installation steamer, strings, brand.
