Step By Step How To Make Recycled Paper By Hand And Machine

The process of making Recycled Paper Manual

A. How to Manual
Preparing or making paper into paperboard waste paper or craft paper can be done manually with a simple tool that can be of our own making.
Some materials that can be used to make paperboard including sludge or waste paper, waste paper, water hyacinth, banana leaves, straw, waste cane. The tools to make the paper, among others.

Screen printing or sieve gauze:
- Gauze Alternatively framed picture

Rakel screen printing:
- Paint roll alternatively opened the absorption section (left the pralon)
- Bucket or vessel, attempted size larger than the size of screen printing
- Grey cloth, nylon or as an alternative to using cloth banners former
- Mat board or flat
- Blender
- Foam

Materials - Materials Pulp:

- Paper waste (sludge): An alternative waste newspaper
- Glue Starch: can be made by mixing flour with hot water

Preparation:
Prepare place-mat tool for process printing, collated printing section with the sequence of the bottom section up to the top as follows:

- Board / mat, 30-45 degrees slope position
- Foam
- Fabric

Step - Step execution:

A. Making paper (Pulp)
As the material for recycling paper we take the example of old newspapers, some steps such as:

- Soak old newspapers in the water for 2 days to get looks broken, try water cover all parts of the paper.
- Having seen melted or destroyed, blender with water in the ratio 1:4 to form paper.
- Mix the starch with glue paper to the blender
- Entry and prepare the dough into a large container or bucket with water adjusted to add air. Wanted a printout paper thin, the addition of water can be reproduced (more dilute, the job gets thinner)
- The dough is ready to be printed

B. Print Paper Carton
Once the pulp mixture is ready, then we do the printing paper in the following way :

- Enter the fully submerged screen printing and strain until the dough is ready in a bucket / container screen printing frame below.
- Lift the frame, and make sure the filter paper pulp mixture evenly over the screen. (The filter is the result of mold in wet conditions)
- Drain the water dripping frame to maximum.
- Once that's a little trickle of water / dry, remove and put into print fabric prints that have been prepared with the dough sticking to the position of the filter cloth
- Dry the filter paper and attach it to the screen until the water Rakel - really dry or thinning
- Gently lift screen printing, and will look half-finished paperboard
- Wind - air the prints for about half hour then dried in the sun
- If it is completely dry, take the paper from the fabric and iron to get average  results.
- Trim with cut out sides

B. Rework Machine With
Process in processing or recycling of paper with the actual engine is a development of the manual method.
Processing by machine will be very helpful in terms of effectiveness in terms of time and effort.
As with any manual work, an outline or pattern process is almost the same.
Some parts machining among which are:

- The process of making pulp or paper : This process is done in the machine bitter / Hollander.
- Printing Process: Worked on a Fourier machine, i.e cartons printing machine
- Drying Process: As with the manual method, the process is still using solar energy
- Flattening process: If the manual processing by the board, with the machine using the machine calendar.
- Cutting process: Working with paper cutting machines.
